Transcending Health offers a wide variety of one on one sessions or classes. We would advise doing a one on one session first to learn baseline techniques. Certain health conditions such as high blood pressure and history of heart attack or stroke can be contraindicated. If suffering from any advanced health history it is advised to be cleared by your primary care physician before starting your breathwork journey.
